The College has a well-furnished library equipped with thousands of books spanning various academic disciplines. The library also subscribes to numerous leading periodicals, scholarly magazines, and daily national newspapers to support research, curricular study, and competitive exam preparation.

1. Library Rules & Regulations

Borrower Card Requirement: Books are issued only upon presenting the official Library Borrower's Card. Loss of card must be reported immediately. Duplicate card fee: Rs. 200/-; replacement of damaged card: Rs. 100/-.
Damaged / Lost Books: Must be replaced by the borrower; otherwise, double the cost of the book will be recovered.
Issue Duration & Overdue Fines: Books are issued for a maximum duration of 14 days. An overdue fine of Re. 1/- per day applies thereafter.
Borrowing Limit: Regular students can borrow a maximum of two (2) books at a time.
Reference Material: Rare editions, journals, encyclopedias, and current periodicals are strictly for consultation within the reading room only.
Discipline & Conduct: Strict silence must be observed. Personal belongings and bags are not permitted inside reading halls.
No-Dues Clearance: Students must obtain library clearance prior to collecting university examination roll numbers. Non-surrendered card penalty: Rs. 200/-.

2. Student Identity Card Policy

Mandatory Possession

Every student must carry their valid ID card on campus at all times and present it whenever requested by college authorities.

Immediate Reporting

Any loss or theft of the Identity Card must be reported to the college administration immediately without delay.

Duplicate Card Issuance

Duplicate ID cards are issued only after proper verification against a standard replacement fee of Rs. 200/-.
