The College Women Development Cell (WDC) actively takes initiatives for gender empowerment, equality, and women-related matters. In this regard, different events such as seminars, workshops, debates, and expert talks are organized for the overall benefit, welfare, and skill enhancement of women.

The cell prioritizes safety, campus security, and dedicated welfare measures for girls and female staff. Regular review meetings are convened, event schedules are formulated, and an Annual Gender Sensitization Action Plan & Report is prepared and shared with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).
